Laronde / Flagship, summer 2021. After multiple phone calls, Zoom and in-person interviews in a very gloomy building: no news, no update! The obviously amateurish “talent acquisition” person did not answer emails. On site, even the most basic MA COVID safety guidelines were ignored. The people I talked so seemed to be disorganized. They made contradictory statements about their goals. They do not seem to know what they actually need. Overall, I met a group of rude, cryptic and very unprofessional people.

The interview process began with telephone screen, presentation, one-on-one meeting, another panel meeting and then HR meeting. Have been told to get back with an offer in a few days but still waiting.
