The process took about 3 months. Many rounds of interview. The people are nice and very smart. The interview questions are mostly relevant and interesting. Not good with communicating what to expect during each and what to expect next. Smart people. Good process.

I applied for the summers fellows program in March and was interview about 2 weeks later. I was offered a role in the fellows program about 1 week following the interview. I collaborated with a group of brilliant scientists for 3 months over the summer potential projects and in the was offered an associate role.
