This year we were required to do a basic data analysis test interpreting charts, graphs, and basic stats questions. First round you spoke to two associates, where they ask behavioural questions, your fit, and about your previous PhD research plus scientific questions. Second round you speak to people/principals that founded companies and you use experimental observations as a starting point to generate company platform ideas. At every level of the interview, you're expected to exude poise and confidence.
