Process was typical interview process, folks were kind enough and the final round was a lengthly take-home assignment with two parts. What made it very negative is a week and a half after submitting the take-home assignment, I received a boilerplate rejection email on a Saturday morning, with no distinct reason to why I didn't move forward. Overall the recruiting was pretty careless towards the applicant, and free take-home work shouldn't be apart of such an "innovative" company.
