It was very nice. The managers take you into an office and sit you down. They ask questions to understand who you are to see if you would be a good fit for the company and the position you applied for. The managers are very respectful and friendly when asking the question which makes for a welcoming environment.
Asked questions both skills and moral/personality. Then went over what would be expected and what is the potential pay. Once over got a call two days later that I got the position.

I received a phone call a few days after I turned in my application. They did a short phone interview and asked me to do an in person interview. It was mostly situational questions and examples of how I have handled myself in certain situations. They just went straight through the packet and wrote down my responses. All three of my references were called before my interview and I was offered the job on the stop.
