The interviewer had a copy of my online application in front of her. She waisted all the time for the interview by writing down everything I had put on the application. She did not ask any questions about me or my retail experience. What a moron. Waisted my time

How about questions she didn't ask me. In a big box interview, a person would be expected to talk about the retail big box experience that he or she has. She did not ask me about my retail experience, or how I would handle situations or issues that occur on a daily basis in the work place. The only question SHE had? What was the name of each job I had in the past.
What my question for this company is: Who was I really suppose to be interviewed by? and was that person not there? or were they to busy and passed it off to someone else that had no clue of how to conduct an interview!
