The initial telephone interview started around five minutes late and mainly consisted of a run-through of the role. One of the biggest concerns was the salary, which was extremely low for what was described as a senior exec role and felt much closer to entry-level pay, HR tried to justify my highlighting the 30 days off they offer. It then took over a week to arrange an interview with the hiring department. That interview itself was positive and I enjoyed speaking with the team. Unfortunately, communication afterwards was very poor. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I sent a follow-up email and was told they were still interviewing candidates but were struggling to find time, which seemed surprising given the length of the process. I was apologised to and told I would receive an update early the following week. That update never came. More than a month later, I still haven't received any outcome or courtesy rejection.
