Interview
The first interview consisted of a two-hour timed writing test - be ready! It was followed by an hour-long interview with two people. The second interview consisted of three half-hour interviews with a total of six people, two for each interview. Each pair was representative of a possible internship department.

Much of the second interview was driven by them asking me what questions I had for them. Be a good listener from the start so you can ask engaging follow-up questions, and have a few in mind of your own before coming in.
