I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
There was an initial phone interview with the human resources rep then there was a phone interview with the practice head, then I came in to meet the rest of the more senior team.
All questions were standard and nothing jumped out at me as out of the ordinary. Everyone was pleasant enough. I would have wished I got to meet some of the more junior staff since I ended up leading and interacting with them more than the senior staff.

Question 1
What sort of experience do you have working with journalists?
They were friendly and asked good questions. I met two people, one a VP and one an SVP. They talked as much as they asked questions about the work and the culture. Questions were pretty typical. Next step is a writing test.

Question 1
Why did you apply for this job at Fleishman Hillard?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was super standard. Spoke with a recruiter then an initial team member, then the business leader, then multiple people in 1.5 hour interview then another leader. Overall, it was cumbersome and there was lack of communication and response from the manager (not HR, he was great).

Question 1
Name a time when you had to provide customer services to a client that you didn’t agree with
The HR representative with whom I did my initial screening was awesome. I love that she also had a background in the role I was applying for, this shows the strategic initiative on FH's part to ensure their recruiters truly understand the business and talent they are hiring.
