Recruited thru consultant, called for manager position & offered for AM, said lot of reasons to fit in. Process followed by TA team is to improve in some areas. Interviewer should well trained.

The interview process was good. There were a total of three rounds of interview. However i would say it took a very long time to complete the entire process. Since I'm from a niche department this may not.be applicable otherwise.
