Interview
Initial contact was by phone inviting me for a phone interview with the Engineering Manager. The conversation was polite, friendly, and specific to experience directly related to position and responsibilities being interviewed.of the position.
Phone interview was with the Director of Engineering. Similar questions were asked by Engineering Manager.
In house interview was one-on-one with the Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, then a group interview with Senior Project Engineer, Program Manager, and Design Engineers. Subject matter were based upon experience and application with each area of expertise.
