The process consisted of an exam followed by interview (1 round) The exam had 3 sections each of aptitude, C/C++ and JAVA Aptitude paper was quite easy. It consisted of questions that are less than CAT level. There were two questions for which we had to write down the answers. The languages part consisted of MCQs, in which they give a program and we have to choose the correct output from the options. I think knowing the basic syntaxes and functions does the trick The Interview: There were 2 members in the panel. one tech guy and the other hr(I guessed) It started with "Tell us about your self" They had my exam paper with them. They asked me how i solved a couple of problems. I could explain 1 properly and the other i couldn't convey my logic properly. Then it moved onto HR questions like what do you want to do in 5 years tell us your greatest weakness have you done any courses in economics what was your grade in linear algebra etc...
