Very friendly and accommodating experience. They were open and honest about the challenges they re facing and QOL issues, mostly related to Covid increases in demand. They are in a growth through acquisitions mode and going vertical. I haven't flown much recently and was flying with a new prescription in a very dark sim. Couldn't scan quickly enough. Was invited back to re-sim.
