3 behaviorial interviews, 1 case
Most behavioral was about your interests and past experience. The case had you decide the most efficient way to get packages from Asia to North America, air, road or boat. The people were really friendly and the office environment was very casual.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flexport in Sep 2016
Interview
I interviewed in the Amsterdam office. The HR Associate was very professional in her approach. However, the interviewers were highly unprofessional. It felt like they were not prepared and just interviewed for the sake of it. They told me I was over-qualified and would get bored with the job. However, many follow ups were required to get answers. That is the case with most Dutch companies/offices.

Interview
1. Resume Screening
2. Questionnaire
3. Call with HR
4. Video interview with 3 employees
5. On-site interview
I only got to the fourth step, so I don't have any opinion on the on-site interview. People are very friendly and very willing to help you, but this is more of a role for people who already have relevant experience with the industry. The case study was easy, but there are a lot of industry-specific questions that were very hard for me.
