Interview process was thorough and organized. Consisted of a few rounds. Focused on culture, previous experience, etc. Pretty quick turnaround. Every part of the offer was explained and I felt like they were genuine and open about current gaps.

Tell me about a time where you had to balance needs of the business with multiple priorities.
There were multiple rounds of interview - first phone calls, and then a visit to one of the office spaces (Chicago), and the additional interviews over video with various team members and small case activities.
