Not a structured process. I would say most haphazard process ever! Was called on a sunday after a telephonic round on friday. Expect long waiting hours for no reason. Had 2 rounds of face to face. They don't offer tea or water or lunch. Not being un reasonable as I had traveled 6 hours in combination of flight and road. At least offer some water!!
