Question 1
If you're from Amazon, you'll nail the Interview easily and they'll also be very interested in you already. But beyond that, be ready to answer questions on your past work experience and they'll create hypothetical situations out of it. They all may ask many questions which are similar but in different words and at the end of the day would sit together to discuss the pros n cons. No rocket science, easy interviews, just be very thorough with what you're doing and your industry benchmarks. Also speak some positive difference you notice in Flipkart vs other portals - that pleases them more.

Interview
I applied for a Senior Manager position. They postponed the interview at last moment.
After re-scheduling, interviewer joined 25 minutes late. The conversation went fine & I was told that I will be moving to the next set of rounds.
Next day, I get a rejection email. I reached out to recruiter to share feedback. The recruiters did not even pick up the call or respond to emails
Such a shame!
