Total 5 Rounds of the interview and focused on how do we handle the situations, responsibilities, what value add we can bring to the company.
Hierarchy of interview process was very good.
7 rounds/hours of interview. Seems to be an overkill to decide on a candidate. Most of the interviewers seemed to be asking solutions to their own problems and gaining outside information

The interview process included one phone screen on general program management background. On site interview was based on process, people, execution and technical skills.
