I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Flipkart in Aug 2024
Interview
First was Online assessment in which alloted time was around 45 minutes which contain 3 sections one was Basic aptitude, second was Basic supply chain ques and third last one was related to basic computer MS Excel types que.
After clearing OA, there were 2 interview round one was technical round and second was HR round..
In first round the interviewer first asked me for mine intro which I gave for around 2-3, minutes and further was cross questioning or you can say just verification of the stuff that I have said in my intro like my projects , summer intern and about my club activities, after that he asked some conditional based que related to SCM and at last he asked about my strength weaknesses more like HR round...
In second round , it all started with intro part again and this time HR was more inclined towards company values , whether I have visited there site thoroughly or not and about my academics which subject I like and why...

When a customer received a package, it might be defective from outside, according to you where it can be defected and how can you improve it so that customer should receive an undefective product?
The interview was very smooth and there was full cooperation with the team of flipkart. There was no such hurdles or difficulties that occured during the interview process. The team of flipkart were keeping us updated about the ongoing process and due to this the flow of the process continued without any hassle

it was an on campus hiring firstly they shortlisted on the basis of cg then there was an aptitude test on the basis of which shortlisting was done and then there were two interview rounds of 30 minutes each
