Flipkart Key Account Manager (KAM) interview questions

The Flipkart KAM interview process had around 4–5 rounds. It began with an HR screening where they assessed my background and fit. The first functional round focused on my category knowledge, P&L understanding, and account management experience. The next round was a case study, where I was given a business problem and evaluated on my structured thinking, analytical ability, and growth strategy. This was followed by a stakeholder round that tested my cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. The final HR discussion covered culture fit and compensation. Overall, the process was structured and heavily focused on data-driven problem-solving and ownership.
