Interview
Involved a resume submission and meeting with one of the Sr. Managers and direct report. It was difficult because the questions around my current job at the time seemed to come from a place of personal interest vs. trying to understanding my skill/work experience (I worked in the entertainment industry). I left feeling very unsatisfied with the process and the meeting - it was a waste of my time.
