Interview
I was contacted for an initial phone interview by a recruiter after a few days of applying. She asked to me to reschedule the interview twice at the last minute. During the interview, I could hear a dog barking in the background which was distracting. She seemed to rush me through especially towards the end. One of the questions I asked at the was to get insight on the team I would be working with. Her answer was "What team?" She went on to describe the EA/PAs that work in the company and this is when I realized she was talking about a completely different position that I did not apply for. It left a bad impression that the recruiter messed up a crucial point as the actual job I applied for. Just from this point I would not have wanted to advance and seek employment if this is the type of unprofessional and disorganized behaviour the company represents.

Interview
Phone interview in the first round followed by an in-person interview. The process is lengthy but it helps to weed out bad candidates. A presentation is needed in the last round which is fairly straight forward.
