Phone interview, followed by an in person panel. My interview was rescheduled several times due to the manager travelling, which made it a bit difficult to accommodate considering I am currently employed. I found it a bit strange you have to sign an NDA in order to go in for an interview but otherwise their offices are really nice, as are the people. Interview itself was fairly straightforward and difficulty as expect for the level I was applying for. I chose not to move forward with this as I didn't think it was a good fit for me personally, but Flipp seems to have a good thing going and are really focused on fit.
