Given notice in a voicemail that i didnt receive offer. Asked for feedback on what I could do to improve my skillset or myself to be successful, was ignored.
Phone interview - went over job description, current role description, salary and career expectations
First interview - personality review
Second interview - take home assignment presentation, intense questioning of process by company partner

Question 1
First interview was basic questions to get to know you. This was relaxed and kept friendly, fun.
Second interview the questions were about the take home assignment and how your operatio and througj process worked. This was a grilling session of open ended questions, "what would you do if this happened? And then what? And after that what would you do? And then what? And then what?" I felt as if I either didnt give the correct answer they were looking for, or if they were waiting for me to give the wring answer.
