The interview process was extremely thorough, and in the entire process, I met with 5 DIFFERENT people! One of them was the HR lady that initially did my phone interview. ALL of these people were extremely pleasant to say the least. Only 1/5 were a little intimidating, and the intimidating one was a guy that was pretty high up in corporate team and was the final step at the end of the long 2.5 hour interview with the creative/marketing managers. I cannot express how friendly and relaxed everyone was, and it was honestly the funnest interview process (although very precise and thorough). I guess they really do value who joins their team and has to extensively make sure they'd be a good culture fit, along with the right talent! Be prepared to be HONEST and passionate; these people will see right through you if you are full of it, so just be real with them and they will greatly appreciate it!
