Generic phone screen interview, reviewing existing role and career intentions moving forward. Generally professional, until I noticed that the recruiter sent me a "Thanks but no thanks" e-mail DURING the actual phone interview. Clearly just a template the recruiter fired off, which is fine, but don't send it while I'm still on the phone with you. Completely amateur and totally bush league.
