Interview
Shortly after applying I was contacted by a member of their HR team requesting a phone interview. I scheduled the interview online which was very convenient. Following the success of the phone interview (aprox 30mins) I was called back a week later and asked to come in for an in person interview. I would be meeting with the Ops Manager and a Project Lead. That interview was around an hour in length. The HR person I spoke with on the phone initially met me at the front reception area and gave me a tour of the beautiful office space. The two individuals I met with were very nice and personable, it made the interview process less stressful. Two days after that I received a call to come in for a final interview with the Director of Operations and a Project Lead to present my case study that they supplied me with.

Phone Interview - Fair interview questions, they emailed stating that I had a phone interview and then scheduled myself in, she called and the questions were your stereotypical first round interview questions.

Interview
Via skype.
Typical and standard interview structure. The interviewer first gave brief description about the company and the job. Then i went though Self introduction, past experience, one or two behavioral questions, why Flipp.
The interviewer was the project head and gave positive responses.
I applied online, waited a few days and finally received a computer generated email saying they decided to go with other candidates, even though my qualifications were exactly what they needed. It was unprofessional because no human had the decency to personally reach out.
