DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. It starts with a 20 min. phone screen which is very easy, the recruiter talks about the company and the position and then asks typical questions (Describe your previous work experience, why do you want to work here, etc). At the end of the call the recruiter said "I don't normally do this right after a call but I'm going to move you forward to an in-person interview". I already knew this was an exaggeration because from what I read on Glassdoor: the other respondents had also been moved forward right away. The day of the interview was a terrible experience. Your time is not appreciated and it is better spent preparing or applying for other positions (I personally had two other interviews that week). The recruiter gives you a tour of the office, and as I walked through employees snickered (since they are mass interviewing I guess they find yet another applicant amusing). I then waited in the interview room for 35 minutes before the two interviewers arrived. Although the interview questions were pretty average there was a clear lack or professionalism, interest, and respect. Throughout the interview they provided minimal eye contact, flat out laughed at one of my answers and was told that I explained the processes and protocols from my old company incorrectly (how can they correct the steps I took in my previous company's projects?)
