The interview process consisted of several well defined stages including a phone interview, 2 panel interviews, a take home assignment, and a whiteboard problem.
The talent team member responsible for my interview process was thorough and attentive. Honestly, even though the interview was tough I definitely felt supported throughout its entirety. In terms of the interviews themselves be candid and enthusiastic and you'll be okay. Be prepared to honestly evaluate your past performance both in term of success and failure.
