I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flipp in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied at beginning of this year, but no experience in ruby, so no interviews. several weeks ago, emailed me saying that there are positions in nodejs. terrible experience anyway. it was raining and noisy when I did interview on the call. very simple questions. no idea why no next step. Maybe I am not the guy there are looking for and I did not say the key words the HR would like to hear.

Interview
I enjoyed their interview process and found it gave me an opportunity to show my strengths. But the whole process was really long and lots of waiting to hear back for appointment confirmations, up to two weeks in between rounds.
First was a phone interview - the recruiter I spoke to was asking me questions like rapid fire and didn't seem to have any interest in what I was saying.
Second part was in person with recruiter and a senior developer about work history and experiences - pretty straight forward.
Third part was a take home assignment and was design focused.
Fourth part was in person to discuss the take home assignment.
