I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Flipp
Interview
I encountered a very unprofessional recruiter at Flipp. The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn on a Thursday and scheduled a phone interview with me the next Monday because I was sick and lost my voice. I got prepared the coming Monday and expected the call, but no one called. I followed up with her on LinkedIn and there was no reply. I hope this is not a common case at this company because from a candidates point of view this really discourages me from applying to any positions at this company ever again. I suggest people considering working for this company think twice since the behavior of HRs and recruiters often gives pretty straightforward indications to the overall culture of this company, and from what I see people from this company lack some basic respect to the clients they deal with.
I had a recruiter call, they asked a few questions which were mainly about the role and a few behavioural ones.
Relatively simple process, they seemed nice. The next step would have been a video call.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Flipp (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2016
Interview
Phone Interview screening with HR, in person interview where they gave me a tour of the office (yet I had not yet been given an offer - a bit confused with that), follow up phone interview, presentation. A little unorganized with face-to-face interviews as one of the managers was not free and had to do a follow up phone interview.
