I phone interviewed with the talent department. The lady was super nice and encouraging. The questions are almost design related. The whole interview time is about 15 mins, she asked about 7-10 questions including follow up questions.

I applied online and got a recruiter call. Asked some standard questions and told me she would get back to me within a week but never, even with my follow up letter.
Really unprofessional i feel a rejection email is the basic respect to the candidates especially they have promised it. Maybe they should rethink their hiring process better

Interview
Total of 3 rounds for the interview. First, you talk with the HR people to talk deeply about your skill sets. Second round is the design challenge and the final onsite interview. People are really nice and the girl that I was talking to was very nice. Even though it was a 3 steps interview, they got back to me pretty fast! almost within a week for every step which was super nice.
