The interviewers and the recruiter were friendly and provided clear information about this role and the hiring process. However, when updating the candidacy after round 2, I found it less formal and respectful than the first two. I received the email at around 5 pm a few days after round 2 and requested to have a quick call to update my candidacy which I soon replied with my availability. I got the response in the morning the following day and was asked if I was available to reach out right at that moment which was way earlier than the time that I stated in my reply. It wasn't something that bothered me to have a quick call outside of my preferred time but this rush made me feel as if the recruiter would like to get this thing done as soon as possible.
