Interview
The interview process was very simple. The first round consisted of a phone interview with a talent acquisition representative from the company, who asked general questions about my background and experience. The next roudn will be a 60 minute interbiew conducted by the hiring manager, whom the applicant will be supervised by.

Interview
Pros: Three interviews in total before offer
Cons: The first two interviews were amazing and the staff seemed so nice but in the final interview the vibe was so off. The two employees interviewing me seemed so cold and unfriendly. I spent at least 24 hours over a week span building and pouring everything I had into a case study to present only to have behavioural questions asked after the case study. Extremely inappropriate to be asking a candidate these questions when the second interview should have been reserved for this. I was cut based on a behavioural question and this could have been determined before I wasted an entire week building a case study. Awful business acumen and happy to not work here based on that alone.
