I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flipp (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
The first interview was on the phone with an Human Resources Specialist. The second round was in person at the head offices in Toronto and was with two members of the Operations team. There was about 3 weeks in between the interviews. Important to note that they hire at the beginning of every month (at least, that is the start date for new employees).

Question 1
Can you provide an example of your experience with process management?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flipp in Mar 2017
Interview
Sent my application through a friend that works at the company. Was a little nervous as the first Email I received said "We have reviewed your background and qualifications and find that we do not have an appropriate position for you at this time".... I received another one 3 days later asking to schedule a time with my interviewer to talk more about myself (this also got me a little nervous as the earliest date was 2 weeks later)
Apart that, the interview process was fairly straight forward: explain your previous work experience, Why work here type questions were asked. Overall I was a little shocked at so few questions asked on their part in a screening, I believe I must not have said key words they were looking for within those few questions.
Also on a side note, I would recommend for the interviewer not to mention that in a perfect world this type of role would not be needed... as the person applying for that position, kinda leaves you there thinking "welllllllll should I not be applying for this role then?"
