I was called after submitting my application and was called in for an in person interview. I had a 2 person interview and waited to see if I was awarded the position.

Question 1
I was asked background questions about my past history and work ethic. The topic of me being downsized from a previous role came up and I was asked REPEATEDLY about how that came about and how I even felt about it which I found very insulting and rude. After mulling it over after the in person interview, I withdrew my application from the company. They've got a really good team from what I understand but some of their HR practices are questionable.
