I never felt like I matched a job listing so perfectly with 8 years of experience and probably having one of the best interviews I've had. I had a great connection with the manager on the final interview. I never cared or even considered the race card but this was the first time where I cant imagine how much more qualified I needed to be for this position. From this interview it also made me realized a lot of my past ones where I thought were great ended up in the same result and some had 2-3 interviews where every person was caucasian. I am starting to see a trend here and I hope more people realize it.
