Interview with recruiter and then had interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager asked a lot of questions about experience and times I had failed but rolled eyes a lot when talked about failures and how it got me to where I am in my career. Also stated that they wanted to have conversational interview but when asking questions after answering their questions, was told I could save my questions for the end.
