Steps: 1. Screening call. 2. Meet with direct manager. 3. 3 interviews (panel, but individual calls). 4. Meeting with CIO. This consisted of two technical interviews with questions. The remainder were more around discussing the company's culture and expectations. Was expected to inform them of past experience and why I chose this company/believe i will be a good fit.
