Contacted by IDEX (Corp Headquarters) recruiter for initial interview; 2 hr. phone interview w/VP of HR; 2 hr. face-to-face with VP of HR & GM. Next steps - reference/background check and a 4th interview with Segment HR Director....then nothing. Never heard back from the company - no call, email, regret letter.

Question 1
It was very difficult to answer the GMs questions when his view of the job is very different from the VP of HR & the recruiter. Had I been given the right information, the interview with the GM would have been much better.
