I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fluke Corporation
Interview
Typical phone screen with the recruiter, next was chatting with the manager about work experience and technical abilities, though no coding questions.
The onsite was a half day and seemed disorganized. The recruiter (who was supposed to be my first interviewer) never showed up, the principal engineer showed up 15 minutes late. The software team asked good questions, mainly about my experience with software design, design patterns, ect. The technical portion (not done by the software team) was poorly run. The interviewer had no software experience and so asked questions irrelevant to the job description and my experience.
