Horrible interview experience with Fluke corporation Fluke is looking for an Engineering Manager. I got selected in two tuff rechnical rounds. At the final round, one scrum master took my interview and he decided that I should not be an Engineering Manager...its Very strange..Non technical guy deciding who will be an engineering maneger... Where as I got selected by one senior technical architect and again by chief technical architect, I could not be selected by a scrum master...its really does not sound good. People coming from Google back-ground and having award wining career in management are getting rejected just by a scrum master in final round at Fluke is really pathetic. If this happens, I am sure it will be challenging for Fluke to get an Engineering Manager.
