The interview process was very lengthy they have taken my interview for almost 3 months, 1st Month - HR called and took details regarding my profile, after multiple follow-ups I got feedback 15 days later. Then again they took a week to schedule my interview. 2nd Month - The assistant manager conducted my interview in the second month after processing my profile. Then again same procedure took almost 15-20 days to give feedback. 3rd Month - The head of the Department took the interview after sharing the test case, then again it took 15-20 days to share the feedback. 4th Month - The Director round is scheduled and after this round, they have given feedback that too after multiple calls & emails stating that the position is on hold and again after 1 month HR told me that the director has taken someone from his reference. So totally is a waste of time and they have tested our patience for almost 4 months and then no job offer
