The interview process began with a telephone interview that was approximately 30 minutes. Next steps included an in-person interview that was scheduled for 2 hours and in reality was 2 hours and half. There was then two subsequent telephone calls that each lasted approximately 30 minutes. They certainly conduct their due diligence.
