Interview
After three rounds of interviews, the final step was a presentation on the electrochemical sensor design, during which they asked numerous detailed questions. However, it seems like they're more interested in freeloading off your idea. The position has been open for a while, and it appears they're only looking to hire someone who can significantly benefit the company. Be cautious and make sure to protect your ideas.
