This was the most frustrating and disappointing interview experience because I went thru 4 interviews (5if you count me connecting with a recruiter who later ghosted me). Throughout the 4 interviews, I was hardly asked any job relevant questions, but yet they were all long conversations. what the day-to-way job was like was never clear and they were being very ambiguous about compensation. I felt that after 4 interviews, we should be able to have compensation and benefits transparency but it felt like a secret and the salary was never confirmed. This process was confusing.The 4 interview process took approximately a month. Then, I waited to hear back just for them to tell me they ended up hiring someone with more experience. But I know that’s a lie because I saw them on LinkedIn and they had less education and less experience than me. This makes me assume they were hiring people they would low-ball and attempt to keep them longer. I feel they wasted a month of my time but knew they were going to hire someone less experienced the whole time. And i didn’t like being lied to about that especially when they posted their new hire on LinkedIn for me to be able to see
