Applied on indeed and heard back within a couple weeks with a phone interview to ask some basic questions by one of the office staff members. After that the manager went over the answers and decided to call back or not. The manager then called back to ask some more questions and then went on to a face to face interview at the office.

Interview
Thoroughly explained the job, the process, as well as the ups and downs of the job. Basically tried to convince you not to work there because it is a strenuous job, but the benefits are great as well as the pay.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Focus Staff (Dallas, TX) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview that was followed by an interview in person. The in person interview was one on one and was a more casual conversation rather than an interrogation. Really cared about the personality and work ethic of the person they were hiring.
