Interview
The interview process took place via Zoom and was very laid back and informative. My interviewer was Anna and she was very welcoming and made the entire process pleasant from start to finish. During your interview, you are asked about your experience and skills, and you are told about the company and the benefits they offer. If you do well at your interview, you then proceed with the next steps which are 2 tests and then an offer letter if you pass.

Interview
It was a great interview, Anna asked me questions I have honestly never been asked in an interview before. They really made me think. Anna was very polite and personable. She started out with questions about my previous employment. Then she moved on to how my previous job could correlate to this one. (which like I said before, I had never been asked these types of questions) It was quite refreshing to have that come into play. If I ever had to do another interview again, and I could choose who and how it would go, I would absolutely ask for Anna, and how she conducted my interview for this position.
