Interview
I applied for the job online and was contacted a few days later from a recruiter for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 35 minutes and she asked me the basic questions like about my experience. She asked about times where I've had a difficult time with a customer and how I handled it. She also asked if I ever had to meet a deadline or quota and how I handled that. After a few days she called me in for an in person interview with the customer service manager. This lasted about an hour and was very easy. The manager did most of the talking and I asked most of the questions. She just asked me about my experience and what I was looking for. The rest of the time she just told me about the job and what they were looking for.
