Interview
I had 3 interviews that I went through. The first is with the recruiter and then onto some roleplay in the 2nd interview. Gotta nail the role play or atleast show that you have some potential. Then, you meet the big dawgs who are going to be responsible for hiring you. It’s not intimidating at all. It was very chill and they just want to make sure you are a good fit to the team and culture. Great company. Great hiring team.

Interview
The interview process was super easy and straight forward. First I met with Anna the recruiter , she’ has a great personality. Then the 2nd round was a 2 manager interview , with I believe Jacob & Sean. They were super cool and transparent about how they started and the way they worked their way up. Lastly was the 3rd round interview with Alejandro the Director of Sales. His energy and enthusiasm for the industry was unmatched and just made me feel a lot better about my decision to apply here.
